Well, here is one fall out of the recent mall attack in Nebraska: "Nebraska may consider assault weapons ban"

Rail Claimore said...: AWB or CCW: pick both or neither. I've pondered theories about how such a compromise might be the only plausible way to get CCW in Illinois. Nebraska seems to be a smaller version of Illinois, only not quite as extreme.

If I were a voting Nebraskan, I wouldn't bite the bait. I have a feeling Nebraska will go more toward the pro-gun camp in the coming years.; 12/23/2007 5:20 AM
